Payment Plans

Payment Plans over 3 or more months are required to be paid by monthly standing order only. The Customer can choose what day of the following month they wish the payment to start.

A Payment Plan must be set up to allow and the last payment completed no less than 60 days prior to the estimated delivery date.

Once a Payment Plan is completed and you have had an order delivery notification, all items must be collected within 14 days. Failure to collect will result in a storage fee being charged to your account.

Goods will not be released until all payments have been made in full.

Payment Plans Terms & Conditions

Deposit Payments
Deposit Payments can vary, the higher the deposit the lower the monthly payment and vice a versa.

Minimum Deposit Requirements for Payment Plans:

Payment Plan Length:
Under 2 Months: 50%
3 or 6 Months: 40%
9 or 12 Months: 30%
Over 12 months: 20%

Payment Plan Length of Agreement
Payment Plans can only be paid over a maximum period of 12 months. The time available to pay will be based on your wear date. All payment plans must be completed at least 60 days before your wear date or expected delivery date whichever is sooner. Once 50% of the total order has been paid, the dress will be ordered from the supplier.

Late or Missed Payments
If payments are not made by the due date this may delay the delivery of your order due to late or non-payment.

Payment Plan Charges
An administration payment plan set up fee of £25 will be charged to the order.

Late Payment Charges
If a payment is missed or late, a late payment administration charge of £19 will be applied to your Payment Plan account. Payment Plans than fall more than 2 months in arrears may be cancelled and the full balance remaining on account will become due.

Spread the cost of your dream dress and accessories with one of our payments plans available on most purchases over £250 or more.

Payment Plans are only available on full price made to order items currently ordered in store only; this includes wedding dresses and bridesmaid dresses. Accessories can only be included if purchased with a dress at the same time over the price of £250. Sale items are not available on payment plans.

Payment Plans are only available to customers over the age of 18.

A credit check is not currently required.
